DocDB is a collaborative document repository with
some additional features

• Created by Eric Vaandering for the BTeV
  collaboration at Fermilab.
• Currently used by various departments and
  collaborations based at Fermilab, other labs and
  companies.

• Fermilab Computing Division currently has 14
  instances we support , including those below.

• Available under the terms of the GNU Public
  License.
• Written in Perl.
• Stores files in a flat file system.
• Meta data is stored in MySQL.
