Change Orders

• Change Order 001
• GDOE requested that BearingPoint replace the
  proposed GTID solution with the eScholar Uniq-ID
  product.
• Change Order 002
• GDOE requested that BearingPoint acquire COGNOS
  software by August 31, 2004 in order to take
  advantage of COGNOS offer to provide additional
  software licenses and product

Issues Risks

• The project, per se, has no listed issues at this
  time
• There are environmental concerns that could
  adversely impact the project
• Changing of current SIS products in the districts
• Identification and timely resolution of policy
  issues
• Failure to resolve policy issues could impact
  delivery date and cost
• Possible Legislative changes

• Currently working with eScholar to map data
  elements to the Templates
• 61 templates
• Comparing eScholar, data collection, NCES, PBDMI
  and Data Sub-Committee data recommendations
• Some data elements are mandatory for eScholar
  data warehouse data integrity
• On-going changes in the data-need landscape will
  dictate data inclusions that historically have
  not been included in the data collection process,
  for example
• Office of Civil Rights needs
• Special Ed
