• Over 1,200 active members up from 790 in 2004

  financial/ cultural/ legal/ tax/ communication/

• GEO hosts regular web seminars on emerging issues
  as they arise such as
• IFRS/ FASB reporting standards
• US tax treatment of deferred income
• Web seminars provide members around the world
  with pertinent, timely information from leading
  experts on issues they wouldnt otherwise hear in
  their home country from the convenience of their
  own offices
• Members can also access past web seminars through

Membership Offer

• Issuers are offered complimentary membership
  through the end of 2005
• GEO will review the renewal fee for issuers (if
  any) at the end of the year
