The Dew Point

• The dew point is the temperature at which
  condensation occurs. This tells us how much
  moisture is in the air, and how close we are to
  saturation. (Remember saturation is when fog
  appears, or even precipitation!) The dew point
  is especially important for forecasting, and it
  tells us our comfort level.

Where do we find dew?

• Dew can usually be found in the morning on things
  such as grass, cars, bicycles, windows, and
  plants.
• Overnight, the air cooled, which caused the water
  vapor to change state. It went from a gas to a
  liquid.
