The Questionnaire -1

• As most of you know we used to summarize in each
  NTP managers meeting our activities during the
  past year.
• This year the questionnaire is composed of 8
  compartments (population coverage by DOTS, case
  notification in the program and other sister
  organizations, treatment results, drugs
  consumption, contacts, TB/HIV, and chronic cases
  management).

The Questionnaire -2

• The questionnaire was sent to most of you around
  two and half months ago, through e-mail to be
  filled in advance and we would like to thank ()
  for their response.
• It is based on Excel and we will analyze it using
  the same program.

Methods of Work-1

• You will be divided into four groups (six
  countries each ) to work on it.
• Each group will receive a floppy with the file to
  be filled.

Methods of Work-2

• In the file each table in the questionnaire is
  reflected in one sheet with the same
  name/subject.
• The sheets named (table3-4,5,6), will be updated
  automatically after replacing the pointer in one
  of the cells in the table and click on
  refreshment icon

Method of work-3

• One of the members of the workgroup will present
  the results for the six countries as presented in
  the tables.
• All the countries will be compiled and presented
  together at the end of the session.
• The facilitators are ready for help whenever it
  is needed.
