• More than 1B users on desktops and mobile
• Web 2.0 is fueled by widespread broadband
  availability, cheap hardware, and open-source
  software
• Web 2.0 promises richer user experiences and
  greater collaboration, leading to major
  innovations
• Web 2.0 encompasses all digital devices, from
  computers to cell phones to televisions
