Summary

• Quality-wise, run 40614 is quite good (but no
  ME1 in it)
• Run 40834 is quite good too (taking into account
  disk moving)
• 6 CSCs have their problems fixed
• 2 Hot CSCs since disk move (ME3/1/18 has no
  records of problems)
• 8 CSCs have some data blocks (ALCT, TMB, CFEB)
  missing
• 6 CSCs reports gt 20 format errors (no new CSCs
  with fmt errors)
• all other problems are not important (certainly
  for now)
