G15 local plan progress Final drafts with
steering group for sign off

Progress of others

• Hounslow, Hillingdon, Southwark, Tower Hamlets,
  being drafted ready for the steering group on
  Wednesday or ??????
• Croydon, Lambeth, Hackney delayed meetings but
  will be ready by ???
• WCC we were late getting this started but now
  have Olu Olanrewaju and John Pender from Genesis
  as the RMs so will catch up soon.

Some feedback from RMs coming out of local plan
development

• TA specialist some struggling around knowledge
  of product types or potential joint approaches.
• Emphasis of local priorities will not have the
  numbers impact
• Need to widen out knowledge of g15 offer beyond
  current LA contacts
• Signing off plans locally
• Others??????

Next steps

• Steering group - sign off the local action plans
  this Wednesday
• RMs finalise the plans get sign off from each
  g15 in their Borough firm up the numbers with
  Dave start the delivery phase
• Lettings group/Mike - deliver on lettings data to
  all Boroughs
• Steering group/Jools/Dave roll out the
  communications plan publish the headline figures
  from the consolidation of all the local plans.
• Sandra/Eusebio commence roll out of the policy
  programme and overcrowding data
