Dear Neighbor, Just as predicted, here in Adams
Crossing the spring real estate market has
officially sprung! This past month alone weve
had 4 houses come onto the market and 1 house go
under contract. Weve also had our first closing
of 2009 a 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom house sold
for 350,000. As always, the Latest Listings
and Latest Sales are listed in order beginning
with the most recent market activity. While we
are still in a declining market, inventory levels
are slowly tapering off while the number of homes
going under contract is slowly rising. These are
both encouraging signs of a market on its way to
recovery! Please let me know if you have any

Spring Cleaning Checklist
Prepare your home for the return of warm weather
by giving it a good cleaning inside and out

• Inside
• Vacuum beneath furniture
• Wash windows inside out
• Sort store winter clothing
• Inspect cooling system before hot weather
  arrives
• Hold a garage sale! Declutter discard to turn
  trash into cash!

• Outside
• Inspect, clean repair outdoor furniture
• Check roof for winter damage
• Tour exterior grounds for seasonal maintenance
  needs
• Protect woodwork by painting peeling spots
• Remove weeds begin landscaping projects

and most importantly, enlist the entire family
