Selecting the team 2 - You cant teach passion
  • Hire for passion, train for skills
  • You can teach someone how to manage, but you
    cant teach someone passion!
  • Investment, promotion, motivation
  • 1/3rd of your time should be spent motivating and
    mentoring your team
  • 90 of our managers have been promoted from
    within
  • Disadvantage of this is the extra time spent

  • Advantage is you get a motivated and committed
    manager
