where one in four households are connected to the
internet, and cell phones are prevalent dealing
with telephone or E-shoppers is a daily
occurrence that the successful funeral director
must master . During this two-hour seminar,
simple methods of appealing to individuals who
prefer to shop for funeral goods and services by
phone or via the internet will be explored.
Additionally, Dr. Churchman will share her
extensive knowledge as it pertains to dealing
with high profile families and the dos and

Communicating with Families (3 CEUs) During this
three-hour seminar, simple procedures for
embalming and cosmetizing difficult cases will be
explored. Also discussed will be methods for
better utilizing the arrangement conference to
facilitate the needs of your client families.
