EFDB (Decision of Milan Meeting)
  • Not necessary because
  • Library-type of EFDB not useful as million of
    measurements exist, refinement (methodologies)
    are necessary before using them
  • Tier 3 is the relevant method, models exist,
    countries use them
  • It is not enough for cross-checking
    (oversimplification)
  • It requires additional maintenance and work
  • Complicated and time-consuming approval
    procedure
