What was the problem at Singing Valley Resort?
  • Singing Valley had all the clients they wanted as
    well as
  • stable prices for their resort however they were
    left with
  • the problem of how to increase its revenue. The
    one
  • solution they had tried to fix their problem
    resulted in many
  • customer complaints.
  • One innovated idea is using a SDLC format to
    solve the
  • problem at Singing Valley Resort.
  • One way to use SDLC in order to help the resort
    is they can update the
  • resorts website by advertising the benefits and
    new activities available
  • at the Singing Valley Resort and send its link
    to all their most valuable
  • clients.
  • This would eventually increase its revenue by
    all the activities
  • and accommodations available on its website.

install the new system
  • Install the system into the online website and
    release it
  • to the public. During this time engineers and
  • programmers will be looking out for problems with
    the newly designed website.

System maintenance finding errors and problems
as well as new features they may benefit from
Fixing errors on the newly designed website that
may not be working as intended. For example, if
navigating to the activity page is giving a group
of people trouble then system maintenance will
fix the problem.
