Solution
Knobs used only to navigate between and within
pages (no more text entry or moving the cursor)
Current page is indicated by its label (not a
bar on the screen)
Cursor is moved via its own buttons, positioned
close to text-entry keys
Text Entry is handled by alpha-numeric keys (no
mode required)
