What is Petty Cash Book
Petty Cash Book records small cash payments. it
is separated from the main Cash
book. Advantages of petty cash book 1.Daily
tasks of handling small cash transactions can be
done by junior staff. 2.It is convenient
that only the total of each column of
expenditure will be transferred to general
ledger rat the period end. 3.By checking with
the petty cash payment, it is easy to check
whether there are extravagant expenses.

• I think this project is very useful, because

  for me to know my expenses. After doing this
  petty cash book, I found that I spent so much on
  meal and travel.
• Also, I found that I usually bought some
  useless things.

  found that it was funny.

• Before doing this project, I think it is a
  laborious job. It is because we need to make a 14
  -day petty cash book. It means I need to record
  everyday, so sometimes I forget to write it down!
• After doing this project, I think I have a good
  skill to make a petty cash book now. Moreover
  ,this project can show me my disbursements so I
  can know how to make use of my money. Lastly, I
  think this project can further our friendship. It
  is because we have lots of group work!!

• By doing this project, I was extremely
  surprised to know how I spend in these 14 days. I
  spent a lot on food and transport. By the end of
  the project, I had only a little money left. I
  think I will spend less on these 2 items. Also,
  this project is not difficult to do and it can
  help me to revise the Petty Cash Book. So, I
  think this project is good for us.

• By finishing my petty cash book, I can see
  that I spent lots of money to travel, it totally
  cost 262.1 dollars for just 14 days, 19 dollars
  a day. But I cant stop traveling to save money,
  as I have tutorial class and dancing class, which
  also cost a lot, I decide to study hard myself
  and stop the tutorial classes.
• Compare to the others, my meal expenses are
  not too expensive, it is just about 100 dollars.
• I am happy to do this P.A project that I can
  know more about how I spent in my daily life.

• Before do this project I think it is boredom
  because I need to jot down the note every day. It
  is very difficult for me because I am a forgetful
  girl.It is a good time for me to train my memory.
• After did this project, I found I spent a lot of
  money on meal exp travel exp.
• It is because I live far away from school, so I
  spend a lot of money on traveling.
• Every Wed Thu I need to eat dinner outside
  because nobody stay at home for dinner. I eat
  dinner alone so I spend a lots of money on it.I
  think I need to save money because every month I
  have no savings in my bank account.

Conclusion

• To conclude , all of us agree this project is
  very special and useful .
• We would spend our pocket money to meet our
  basic needs, such as our meal and traveling
  expenses. When we have money left, we will buy
  something what we need or we will save it .
• All of us will spend our pocket money
  carefully because we are economical.
