Historical view and developement

• 2001- 2k-injection moulding machine installed
• 2005 3 new all electric machines installed
• 2006 New warehouse, optimized flow of goods
• 2007 Restructure and efficiency improvement,
  number of employees reduced from 50 to 36.
  Turnover remains at 57 Mkr, same as 2006
• 2008 Herobi-Plast AB is founded within the
  group. Gives a good complement of customers and
  larger machines, Turnover for the group appr. 120

• 1972 Mr. Stig Lindström founds the company

• 1975 Customer as Philips, Scania and Electrolux

Quality and Continues improvement

• Our work is based on ISO 90002008
• The former company, SPC, was certified to ISO
  90012000 but the certificate could not be
  transferred to the new company.
• Herobi Plast AB works, though, according to the
  quality system and the new certificate ISO
  90012008 which was taken in january 2009.
• Our concept is to work according to a process
  based management system and methods for
  continues improvement.
