• Balloters circumventing system in submitting
  ballot comments by attaching files of comments
  instead of using myBallot tool. Perhaps ability
  to use front-end comment file submittal tools
  needed in myBallot.

• Visibility of balloters comments from final
  recirculation by other balloters and by RevCom.
  (i.e., successful recirculation ballot with
  comments balloters cannot see and RevCom may
  not see the comments and rebuttals.) Eventually
  will have to be addressed as RevCom process is
  redesigned.
