Title: Payroll Clerk
1Payroll Clerk 17-18k dependent upon
experience Full Time, Permanent
Responsible for managing and processing the Club
payroll, for 250 employees and over 300 casual
staff. You must be able to manage a time and
attendance system, providing monthly reporst to
the Finance Director. You will be required to
process the monthly payroll, preparation of month
end and year end returns and administration of
pension scheme contributions. You must have an
extensive knowledge of managing and running a
varied payroll, ideally with working knowledge of
Pegasus and Opera payroll systems. Along with
the ability to manage a busy workload with
minimum supervision and meet strict
deadlines. Also assisting the HR Manager with HR
administration, you will be involved with
recruitment administration, setting up new
employees, maintaining the computerised personnel
system, along with other general administration
duties. Sound administrative skills and
excellent interpersonal skills are required for
what will be a responsible and interesting
