Fill w/epoxy by capping ends, setting assembly
with antenna elements horizontal, then pouring
epoxy down along coax into tee. End caps should
have small air displacement holes for epoxy flow.

¾ PVC Tee, pipe, caps each leg about 3
long. PVC cement for mechanical strength before
filling epoxy.
