• EXs with priority entitlements will be part of
  the priority clearance system and as such will
  require a priority clearance number
• Limits on current sub-delegation of EX
  appointments authorities no longer applicable
• EX Qualification Standard being developed
• Intergroup deployments may be allowed into EX

• External process or a non-advertised internal
  process, use a PSC approved test, an interview
  and structured reference checks
• Language proficiency
• Underfill and overfill

• Generic Departmental Attestation for Delegated
  (EX) Appointment form
• Need for PSC Authority for EE Program for
  Executives
