• 2525 Does not have Categories for All groups of
  Symbols in Units, Equipment and Installations.
• Creates Problem When Wanting to Send Unknown for
  a particular UEI

• No Statement The operator/system has chosen not
  to identify further detail related to this field.
• Undefined This is a legal value, but the
  standard does not specify what it may relate to,
  therefore systems may use this value if they have
  an agreement between them as to the connotation.
• Illegal This value is not allowed to be used.

  Define a Symbol Three Ways
• Entity Type with Subtype No Statement
• Entity Type with Subtype Unknown
• Wntity Type with no Subtype Provided
• This Could Lead to Different Interpretation and
  Uncertainty as to What Was Meant by Sender
