- A measure of Adequate Yearly Progress for each
group of students within the framework of NCLB - AYP determined For all students tested as well
as for subgroups defined by ethnicity, income,
and special education. Subgroups must be
composed of 45 or more students at each building
in the grades tested to count for AYP (
