12The Bidding Process
- CSJ is published every Friday
- Total Bids each semester 39 bid
- 3-A, 3-B, 3-C and 30-R bids
- Bid History shows your current bid balance
- If you have been preferenced by a company you
still must place a bid to be scheduled for an
interview - Once a bid is submitted, it cannot be removed
- Bids can NOT be changed after bid processing
deadline - Primary Bid deadline Monday, 4 pm
13Waitlist Process
- If there are more qualified students bidding than
there are available interview slots, a waitlist
will be created - Students are moved from the waitlist to an
interview schedule automatically if an opening
occurs - You may cancel yourself from the waitlist using
the cancel feature on your PIC
14Direct Sign-on
- Available from those schedules with remaining
openings 2 business days prior to the interview
date - These listings are available in the Direct
Sign-on section of the CSJ - Slots are first-come, first-served and cost a R
bid
