• Role of the Lay Committee
• What is a Lay Committee?
• a group of 4-8 persons from the congregation
  who together have agreed to be a significant
  part of a student pastors supervision team.
• a group covenanted to help a student pastor
  review her/his progress, evaluate her/his
  skills, reflect on her/his ministry, and analyze
  her/his abilities.
• a group working together with a student pastor
  to strengthen and give a more holistic view of
  her/his ministry.
