25Allocating 2005 SHSGP to Jurisdictions
- Done by COGs based upon Projects
- Projects may be funded from more than one grant
- All regional allocations must be allocated and
must be associated with a project - COGs will enter allocations and projects on
texasdpa and in the ISIP - COGs create Initial Strategy Implementation Plan
- COGs may choose options for ISIP creation
- 100 Local Administrator Entry at COG
- Creation of grant amounts at COG (Local
Administrator) and details entered via
Jurisdiction User Entry - Options may be selected on a jurisdiction by
jurisdiction basis - When part of the allocation Urban area allocation
must benefit designated Urban Area

- Must be approved by Core Group in writing
- Must be project based
- Projects may combine UASI, SHSP, LETPP and CCP
