Allocating 2005 SHSGP to Jurisdictions
  • Done by COGs based upon Projects
  • Projects may be funded from more than one grant
  • All regional allocations must be allocated and
    must be associated with a project
  • COGs will enter allocations and projects on
    texasdpa and in the ISIP
  • COGs create Initial Strategy Implementation Plan
  • COGs may choose options for ISIP creation
  • 100 Local Administrator Entry at COG
  • Creation of grant amounts at COG (Local
    Administrator) and details entered via
    Jurisdiction User Entry
  • Options may be selected on a jurisdiction by
    jurisdiction basis
  • When part of the allocation Urban area allocation
    must benefit designated Urban Area

  • Projects may combine UASI, SHSP, LETPP and CCP
