Study for an hour each day Good MDP pass

Exercise 6 times each week 85 kgs 7 hours sleep

To maintain a healthy body through exercise, diet
and mental stimulation so that I may get the best
out of life. To maintain good relationships with
all family members, friends and associates for
the enrichment of all. To lead a life centered
around the principles of fairness,
trustworthiness, growth and human dignity. To
surround myself with stimulating work that
positively affects my working environment and
adds to my financial well being. To be able to
enjoy those things that I like and have time to
share these with others. To spend time with
nature and develop my knowledge and understanding
of the natural environment. To plan my life so
that I may have time to balance each aspect
