• The basin area 12.64 ha sandy loam and sandy
  clay loam soils underlain by shale and sandstone
• The slopes are covered with low scrub forest
  (canopy 2 - 3 m) which are used for cattle
  grazing and wood cutting.
• Soil Erosion Rate by runoff monitoring 28 t
  ha-1 y-1 (1990) and O.267 t ha-1 y-1 (1998)
