Organization and term

• Full-time director a scientist who can make a

• Selection committee representing SSC, plus SGP
• Visiting professorship of Hokkaido University
• Part-time deputy director nominated from SGP
  staff

  supporting telecommunication with SGP
• Four years from 2006, extendable
