• Key Points
• You start earning Advanced Commissions on your
  third membership sale if you do so within 60
  days. Under the current plan, you had to recruit
  an associate and sell three memberships within 60
  days to earn Advanced Commissions.
  Result.easier to do!
• You start immediately earning overrides of 25
  when you become a Sr. Associate on your
  Associates Membership Sales. Under the current
  plan, if you recruited an Associate and helped
  them Qualify, you received no overrides.
  Resultmore money for you..faster!
• Regardless of what level you are in the comp
  plan, you will earn larger overrides on your new
  personally sponsored associates! Result..more
  money!
• Immediate override cash flow due to the computer
  not having to wait 60 days to see if the new
  associate qualifies for Sr. Associate.

• 37 of our Active Sales Force is at the Sr.
  Associate Level. This represents almost 131,000
  Associates in the company! The sense of urgency
  is to contact them IMMEDIATELY and let them know
  they can start earning overrides beginning
  Friday! This means IMMEDIATE OVERRIDE CASH FLOW!
  INCREASE OVERRIDE INCOME ALMOST 4 FOLD!
• This change goes into effect on Friday November
  15th. Any new associate who has their
  application processed no later than Thursday
  November 14th will be under the current program.
