Authors Purpose

• The authors purpose of the book was to entertain
  because the people in the story are animals.

Characters and Setting

• The characters in the story are Arthur,Buster,
  Mr.Ratburn, Francine, Binky and the Brain.

• So the setting takes place at Arthurs school.

Beginning

• It all started out in a tree house while Arthur
  and his friends were hanging out. Arthur wants to
  skip school so Francine dares Arthur to skip
  school. Arthur dares Buster and Buster dares the
  Brain.

Middle

• The next morning,Arthur calls Buster and said
  that skipping school would not be a good idea.
  Then Buster calls Francine and she was not there.
  So the problem was that they had been all dared.

Ending

• So Buster and Arthur go to school and they see
  the Brain. Then,they see Francine so they go to
  the bathroom. They pull her into the bathroom and
  Mr.Ratburn sees them. They explained to him
  everything and the problem was solved.

Summary

• The summary is Francine dares Arthur and his
  friends to skip school. Arthur doesn't do the
  dare.

Opinion

• I would recommend this book to someone because it
  tells about a good story about a boy who gets
  dared.
