- Log in as CP admin and Dashboard

- Your registration request will be assessed by the
Openreach service desk and you will be set up as
the CP administrator of your company. This will
be notified to you by an email. - As a CP admin youre responsible to request
access for necessary applications, dialog
services and other portal functionality. Once you
have the permissions granted by Openreach service
desk, you can let the users of your company
access these services. - CP admin will be managing all user requests with
your company.

- My Openreach dashboard is the gateway to access
all service access tools, news and briefings and
other portal tools for a registered portal user - Step 1 Login with your user name and password

- User registration is a simple form submission
flow and provisioning will be done by an
Openreach administrator - User submits information ? system sends
notification to Openreach and the user is
notified ? User data is then verified and user is
granted access using admin functionality system

will be given a temporary account to log in to
My Openreach dashboard. But your functionality
will be restricted until you are provisioned as a
CP administrator and your company is set up in
Openreach system by service desk. - Step 1 Login with your user name and password

Users can bookmark pages here for easy access
As a prospect user, you will have restricted
access to the portal. Your applications, Dialogue
services, Projects etc will be activated here
once your account is provisioned by Openreach
service desk

individual user accounts under your company. - This is a simple form submission flow and
provisioning will be done by You. - User submits information ? system sends
notification to you and the user is notified ?

his/her company with the existing name on the
Openreach database
Selecting Yes will send the request to CP Admin
(you) if your status is active. If your status is
inactive, the request will get forwarded to the
Openreach service desk
Selecting No will direct the user to a new
screen giving the option to re-enter the DUNS ID
or to proceed with the entered DUNS ID

- Step 6 To correct the DUNS ID entered select
Re-enter DUNS ID
Proceed with registration option will take you to
confirmation page and your details will be sent
to Openreach service desk for further evaluation
due to the company name mismatch

to proceed

- Once your company is set up, you can use the user
registration flow in the admin module to add
users under your company. - You will use a similar form to submit user data
and provision the user on the fly and assign
him/her relevant permissions. - Enter user information ? Activate the user and
select user type by Manage customer status ?

customer permissions - System will send a notification with a system
generated password to the user to log in with
his/her new account. - Following flow elaborates non-portal

applications and dialogue service, etc. - CP Business Managers in addition these users
have access to Collaboration area
Select the user type. Either CP Operations or
CP Business Manager. Second CP admin can only
be created by converting a CP Ops or a CPBM user
You can assign this user to a predefined user
group. Then the user will inherit the permission
set setup to the group.

- Step 6 Set user profile by enabling access to
required dialogue services and applications
Radio buttons will be enabled if you have access
to a particular application. You can then select
Grant to grant permission

38Add multiple CP admins
- A company can have more than one CP admin user
role. To set up multiple CP admins users have to
first set up as either CP Ops or CPBM user. - The existing CP admin can use the option Convert
to CP admin in his/her admin home page right
navigation panel to simple change the user type
of a selected user to CP admin. - Users cannot be set up or modified via the
Manage customer status to a CP admin. - System will send a notification to the new CP
admin mentioning his/her user role change. - All administrators will share an equal set of
permissions and a work queue. - For example if you request access for
application X and grated permission by
Openreach service desk, all CP admins of your
company will be able to access application X. - User requests will be sent to a common work queue
and notifications will be sent to all CP admins.

- Portal audit framework allows you to derive audit
report for users under your company for the past
2 months. - Audit reports are provided in two forms of
reports - User profile report Generates a report based on
user profile changes, keeping a track of the old
value and the new value. - User requests report Consists of user requests
for portal application and other portal features
such as secure content folders. - Users can also view the report in downloadable
pdf format or in HTML.

appropriate link to view/download the report.

if you select HTML or PDF

it in a pdf viewer integrated browser.

- Request and Grant access for applications

- Once youre registered with the portal, you have
to request access for other applications you or
other users of your company wish to access. - As CP admin, your requests will go to Openreach
service desk who will grant you access to
requested application. - System will send a notification to the Openreach
service desk of the your request and you will be
notified when you have been granted permission. - Alternatively, You can send a list of
applications you wish to access and send an
offline email to service desk to get them set up
in your profile. - Once youre granted access to an application
itll appear on your My tools tile on the
dashboard. - All administrators will share an equal set of
permissions. - For example if you request access for
application X and granted permission by
Openreach service desk, all CP admins of your
company will be able to access application X.

- When users in your company request access for
application the request will come in to the CP
admin work queue and all CP admins will be
notified by emails. - To give access to an application you have to have
full permission to the particular application.
You permission will be granted by the Openreach
service desk upon request. - System will send a notification to the requested
user once you grant or deny permission for an
application.

- The Profile link on your dashboard gives an
overview of your name and login details, contact
details, your company details and also an edit
option to change your profile details. The
following profile information can be edited by
you - First name
- Surname
- Security question and answer
- Change your password
- Telephone number
- Changing the interested product options

- The manage customer permissions functionality
allows you to manage the access rights of users
within your organisation. You can grant/deny
access to portal dialogue services and portal
applications through manage customer permissions. - NB You will only be able to grant/deny access to
applications that you, yourself have access to. - If a user in your organisation requests for
access to an application/service that you have
access to, you will first need to request for
access for yourself and there after grant the
users request

individual access to Line Checker.

group. However, access rights of users within
that group can be reset by individually changing
a users access rights via the Manage Customer
Permissions functionality.
