  broadcasting is such a technology

Analogue Television

• Signal waveform includes
• all picture information to be transmitted
• synchronization of information.
• All equipment conspires to distort waveform.
• Amplifiers are used to keep the TV signal strong
  relative to the random electrical currents.
• These random currents cause interference known as
  Snow
• To minimize such interference
