  • DEWR will estimate flow and allocate 50 of
    places to each provider
  • Performance Period 2
  • DEWR will give you the lesser of twice the
completed places from Period 1 or the formula
    below

Performance Period 3 onwards
Completed Places achieved by all providers in
ESA (minus Volunteers)
Your Allocated Places
Market Share
0.80
X
X
Utilisation Rate 75
Remember completed places are calculated by the
sum of actual participation hours
24
WORK FOR THE DOLEAdditional Places
  • Additional Places increase numbers and therefore
    increase income
  • To receive Additional Places in any milestone you
need to meet two triggers -
  • At least 75 of Allocated places are completed
places (including any additional places received
    during Performance Period)

25
WORK FOR THE DOLEVariations to Market Share
  • DEWR may vary market share based on performance
from commencement of Performance Period 3 onwards
    (July 2007)
  • The first adjustment to your business share is
    limited to 10

So if my first adjustment of business share is a
reward or increase in business this will be
limited to 10. This then removes that safety net
so any future increases or decreases are NOT
capped
