Venue and Classroom Booking System
To access Venue and Classroom Booking System,
you must login to student e-portal
http//www.cityu.edu.hk/cityu/student/index.htm

Student EID Password
Enter your student EID and Password, then
press Login.

Click Venue and Classroom Booking.

Double click Start Booking, then press
Confirm.

For checking availability Click the required
date on calendar, choose Category, then press
Check Book.

Double click the required room number.

1) Blank cells represent availability
timeslots. 2) Press View Advanced to check the
booking records for coming months.

It shows the booking records of coming months.

For booking within 1 month Click the required
date on calendar, choose Category, then press
Check Book. For booking within 90 days
Press Advanced Book (only applicable to
Multi-purpose Rooms Meeting Rooms of SDS)

Society EID Password
Enter your society EID and Password, then
press Login.

Society E-mail A/C
Press Confirm
Enter Requesters Particulars Details of
booking. Then, press Confirm.

A confirmation message is shown on your PC and
you will receive a confirmation email.
