- Fulfill the business objectives set out in the
beginning of the term - Attend at least 75 of the monthly Executive
Committee meeting, and other important Committee
meetings of PMIHK such as Annual Planning
Meeting. - Expected hours of participation at least 12
hours per month

- Sub-Committee Members
- Fixed term of 2 years in line with the ExeCom
- Attend regular sub-com meetings (at least 4 per
year) - Assist VPs in developing annual plan activities
- Assist VPs in managing routine business of their
concerned areas, eg marketing, education - Join special development functions of PMI HK, eg
IPMF 2006 - Can join election of key ExeCom posts
- Expected hours of participation between 5 to 10
hours per month
