Submitting TWS to Tk20

• To submit your TWS to Tk20, there are 2 main
  steps.
• Create an Artifact of type Teacher Work Sample
  and attach your document(s) to it.
• Submit the artifact in the Field Experience
  Binder.
• These steps are explained in the next slides.

• A. With your TWS completed and saved in an
  electronic form, log in to Tk20 at
  https//tk20.shsu.edu

• B. Click on the Artifacts tab.

  Sample as the type.

• Spring 2009 TWS Your Name is fine. The
  Description is optional.

• F. Click the Documents sub-tab.

• I. Locate your document on your computer. When
  you find it, click the Open button.

• J. Enter a Title for the document (required).
  Something as simple as TWS is fine, unless your
  TWS has multiple parts.

• K. Click the Upload button. A new window will
  appear, progress will go to 100, then this
  window automatically disappears. After it is
  gone

• L. you will see the new attached document.
  Add more in the same manner if needed. If you
  add the wrong one, check the box and click
  delete.

• M. When you have added all the electronic
  documents to your TWS artifact, click the Save
  button. This completes step 1.

• A. Click the Field Experience tab.

• B. Click on the Student Teaching Field Experience
  for this semester.

• E. Click the radio button next to your TWS
  Artifact (you should only have one), then click
  Add.

• F. Click the Complete button. You are now done
  submitting your TWS in Tk20. You may log out of
  Tk20 now. Congratulations!
