Tomsk (Russian ?????) is a city on the Tom River
in the southwest of Siberian Federal District,
Russia, the administrative centre of Tomsk
Oblast. One of the oldest towns in Siberia, Tomsk
celebrated its 400th anniversary in
2004. Population 487,838 (2007)

• TPU was founded in 1896, best technical
  university in Siberia
• 21 laboratories and academic buildings, 8
  faculties
• Courses in management in Russian or English
  (http//www.iie.tpu.ru)
• Also courses in Russian language, history,
  literature
• Lessons Monday Saturday, 1,5 h, without stable
  time-talbe and lunch break ?
• All courses are required courses, without lecture
  notes, you have take notes yourself
