    www.mpc.ok.gov
  • Liaisons
  • Receive all notices for petitions for their
    agency
  • Have access to all details of all petitions for
    their agency

  • Log onto www.mpc.ok.gov
  • Click Online Filing

  • Anyone who intends to use the Online Filing
    System must complete the registration process.
  • Users must select Register on the welcome
    screen to enter their registration information.

  • Confirmation signature or Representative
    confirmation signature
  • Sex
  • Race
  • Date of BirthAccount Type
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Street Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code
  • Home Phone
  • Work Phone
  • Optional information includes
  • Middle Name?Other Phone Number

This demographic information is mandated for
system identification purposes and for Commission
reporting requirements.

  • For all Appellee Liaisons select All Others in
    the Account Type options.
  • Once the Commission receives communication from
    the Appointing Authority, staff manually changes
    the designated users Account Type to Agency
    Liaison.

Registration New Accounts
  • The system generates the account setup screen.
  • The user must Confirm the email address by
    re-entering it create a Login ID create a
    password
  • Designate security questions in the event the
    user forgets the password.

Registration New Accounts
  • You will receive a confirmation page stating that
    you registered.
  • An email with the activation link should be sent
    to your email account.

Login Activation
  • Copy and Paste the Login Activation Number
  • Click activate account link

Account Activation
  • Paste the required Login Activation Number
    and click submit

Activation Complete
  • You can now log into the Online Filing System.
