Aim of the project

• To improve the health wellbeing of women by
  providing opportunities to access affordable
  community based physical activity programmes
• To empower women to make healthier lifestyle
  choices.

What we do

• Identify and remove barriers to participation
• Design and deliver physical activity programmes
  to meet the needs of the women involved
• Incorporate clear health messages/information on
  the benefits of increased levels of activity as
  well as healthy eating, smoking cessation etc.

• Focus on physical activity programmes
• Establish WISPA Co. Ltd. with charitable status
• Secure funding for core post
• Maintaining levels of deliver within Greater

  across Belfast
• To pool resources and work in partnership with
  Healthy Living Centres and others.
