How IPDirect Works

• IPDirect is a direct, private-line connection
• between your premises and our proprietary
• network
• When you order IPDirect from us, we will
• provide you a detailed, customized quote
• If you accept the quote our IPDirect provider
• will provision, configure, and deliver an
• Integrated Access Device (IAD) for
  installation
• at your premises
• All subsequent management and maintenance
• of this IAD will be performed by a joint team
• comprising individuals from our company and
• our IPDirect provider
• Our IPDirect provider guarantees
• Quality of Service (QoS) to the ports on the

How IPDirectPlus Works
IPDirectPlus is simply the inclusion of an
additional connection to the Internet in the same
IPDirect pipe. The side-benefit of IPDirectPlus
is a more reliable connection to the Web than
traditional cable and DSL circuits. If your
customer elects to take advantage of
IPDirectPlus, we will earmark one port
specifically for the Internet.
IPDirectPlus provides you Internet access only
and does not include hosting, email, or DNS
forwarding.

IPDirect can also be combined with our future
IPTrunking product to provide direct access to
our proprietary network in a scenario where an
enterprise customer wishes to stay with their
legacy PBX and gradually migrate over to an
all-hosted VoIP deployment.

  are businesses who have expressed interest in
  Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Service Level Agreement specifies standards for
  uptime, maximum turnaround times in the event of
  service disruption, support and maintenance
  standards, and escalation procedures.
• Customers who view telephone service as
  mission-critical in their daily operations.

Pricing

• IPDirect pricing provided on a per quote by
  geographical service area basis due to varying
  cost of local loop facilities
• Minimum of 8 hosted VoIP seats without incurring
  additional set-up fee
• Quote effective for 30 days from date of
  submission
• IPDirectPlus adds 35.00 per month to the quoted
  price for IPDirect
• All pricing is based on a 24-month term agreement
• Orders of 6 or 7 hosted VoIP seats accepted
  with additional one-time 99 set-up fee
