  or not it is convenient.
• Caring is not totally subjective it is
  incompatible with hatred and violence.

Noddings Caring Can Be Tough

• Refuse to help others with projects that are
  based on hatred, violence.
• The goal is nurturing sustainable relationships
• Helping can mean leaving people alone, but not
  abandoning them.
• We must also care for ourselves.
• No necessary conflict between self and others

• The above points illustrate the crucial role of
  choice.

  feel at any point in time.
• We must deal with the fact that we can be petty
  and mean.
