ESRI / Erdas License Issues
  • 1. DTSS Build 9.0 requires new ESRI (ArcGIS 9.0)
and ERDAS (Imagine 8.7) license files
  • 2. Must have CORRECT License File
number/hardware key associated with the CORRECT
VCU and Laptop before your system can be
    upgraded.
  • 3. ALL future requests for licenses must include
    the VCU and the Laptop
  • 4. ALL requests must match our database. If
there have been changes / replacements we need to
    be notified (MANTEC and ILEX)
  • 5. ALL lost/stolen/misplaced hardware keys must
be reported under Report of Survey
  • Fred Knudsen ERDAS License Manager (703)
    428-6853, DSN 364-6853
  • Kathy Kershner ESRI License Manager (703)
    428-6628, DSN 364-6628
