Trainees will be able to identify a conflict
type. Trainees will be able to recognize common
conflicts in context in the workplace. Trainees
will be able to confront conflicts using
appropriate interpersonal skills in a tactful
manner. Trainees will analyze conflicts to
determine causes. Trainees will be able to
identify each method of a conflict
resolution. Trainees will be able to facilitate
the best solution based on skills acquired from
training, given a complex situation.
