• This session will address questions such as
• ? What are the major limitations for knowledge
  managers and e-learning technological,
  institutional or socio-organizational?
• ? How can KM and e-learning in the value chain be
  measured?
• What is the ROI?
• What will be tomorrow's ideal innovation model?

• Each of those large questions requires us to
  consider smaller questions. For example, How can
  we...
• take prior knowledge into account?
• be faster at every stage? (much e-learning
  takes so long to create that it is out of date
  before it is used)
• UNlearn?
• use stories more effectively?
• develop affordable ways to manage knowledge /
  e-learning?
• identify knowledge that is worth learning
  (e.g., long-lifetime learning)
• take enjoyment into account more
