Test-version of virtual database
  • The aim is to develop WEB-based info-source - the
    INNOMET database test-version as publicly used
    Internet site targeted to the vocational and
    education institutions and companies in the
    sector.

  • possibilities to learn/ training programmes
    links to programmes in all different levels
    (vocational schools, universities, re-training,
    adult training, e-learning platforms, etc)
  • To have up-dated and dynamic overview of
    qualifications demanded, human competence system
    of companies
  • Virtual labour market of the sector - available
    positions in companies (job positions, trainees,
    academic research, apprenticeships)
  • Links to national qualifications awards systems

    personnel

    they need long term planning human resource
    development.

  • Problem for vocational education and higher
    education institutions lack of feedback
    mechanism from business sector, no systematic
    information to be responsive to market needs

    organised via video-conference as well.
