QA Initial Assessment

• Key Findings
• Our initial assessment of OMNI Phase 3 is
  positive in that it is clear that a dedicated
  team is addressing the appropriate issues in the
  early stages of the project.
• Biggest risk concern Schedule
• Key Recommendations (1)
• OMNI project team should focus immediately on
  development of a credible work plan to achieve
  the March 31 end date.
• DOC Response
• DOC and IBM have realigned resources to address
  the delay in schedule.

Defect Resolution Plan

• 4 developers assigned solely to defect resolution
• Fixes moved to a test region for OMNI DOC staff
  to test and close
• Additional developers will be assigned to address
  schedule impact
• Phase II code stable before approval for Phase
  III detail design to begin
