  Ireland) please complete a Trip Registration Form

  courses (21 years) please contact

• To arrange hire vehicles for Club trips

• You must carry this information on Club
  Trips. You have a duty to notify the
  University/Sports Department of all accidents
  involving hire vehicles.
• The Sports Department/University will not be
  held responsible for costs/damages involving
  non-notified club trips involving unauthorised
  use of hire vehicles.
