- One must include community authorities
- Demonstrate hospital evacuation plans in drills
- Document implementation of NIMS

Request for Advance Funds Process
- By the 29th of the month preceding your proposed
purchase fill out the OASPR FY 09 Financial Sub
Capability Spending form and email/fax to RAC
office with quote. - RAC office submits to Austin by 1st day of month
- Austin takes 2-3 weeks for processing.
- Provide the RAC office with your PO/invoice.
Once funds are received from Austin, RAC office
sends your reimbursement.

- Complete the FY 09 Financial Sub Capability
Category form - By 29th of month Submit above form with your
invoice/PO to RAC office - By last day of month RAC office will request
funds from Austin (takes 2-3 weeks for Austin to
process) - RAC office will send the reimbursement to you as
soon as we receive it from Austin and you have
verified receipt of the item(s).
