• Filling Cabinet on a computer

• Record Database file
• Fields Categories on the file, (name, address,
  phone number, etc.)
• Table Data from records are organized into a
  table that is comprised of rows and collumns

• Field Types Type of data you are recording in
  each field (number, currency, yes and no, text.
• Table Design View View to set up field names,
  types, and sizes.
• Datasheet View View used to enter actual records
