dollars as well as other Federal and State funds,
local resources, and private contributions to
transform their mental health service delivery
systems.

Progress Toward Transformation
  • Almost every State agency has adopted a recovery
    mission statement.
  • 93 have initiatives for individualized,
    person-centered treatment plans.
  • More than half of the State agencies are
    developing a Comprehensive State Mental Health
    Plan.
  • 61 of State agencies already have public
    information campaigns.
  • Every reporting State agency is implementing at
    least one adult evidence-based practice.
  • 94 are measuring client-outcome measures.
